Ordering Information
Orders can be placed via the website which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can also telephone orders on 01549 402733 between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Delivery Schedule
Our aim is to send out your order by the next working day and  if there are any problems fulfilling an order we will contact you immediately . Although we try to ensure that we have a good stock of the products sometimes items sell faster than we can anticipate.

We will do our best to get the items as soon as practicable but if this is not possible we will cancel the order immediately and refund your payment.

Order Confirmation
When you have placed your order you will be sent an email confirming order details.

Postage and Packing
Normal UK delivery charge is £2.99 per order up to £60 and is free for orders over £60. For orders to be posted outside the UK please either call me on 01549 402733 or email linda@sonesuk.com

Your order will be dispatched by the post office. Postage will be added to your order total before you submit your card number.

No Quibble Guarantee and Return
If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied, please ensure that the item is returned within 14 days unworn and with labels attached.

Please complete the refunds and exchanges form on the back of the dispatch note. We will then send a replacement or refund your card. Credit card refunds can only be credited to the original card that goods were bought with.

Please note that postage costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty. We suggest you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office when returning goods, as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels returned to us.

Remittance Terms
Online orders can be paid by credit or debit card. Alternatively print off your order and send to us with card details or cheque made payable to Babygoesgreen. Goods cannot be dispatched until cheques are cleared.

Privacy Policy
We may from time to time send you information on other SonesUK products and promotions. We will never pass information to any third parties. If you do not wish to receive SonesUK information please contact us.
