What a beautiful day! We went for a walk with the dogs on the beach at Dornoch there were blue skies and the sea was all sparkly and all the hills around were covered in snow. Made me realise again why I love it here.
I have heard that there are quite a few people who are following my blog regularly now so come on don't be shy join in and post some comments. After all you can't let me have it all my own way can you?
I have been sorting out my office/storeroom I'm convinced my stock is breeding there seems to be so much of it! When we get our building work done I shall be able to move into a bigger room and I might be able to see the wood for the trees. My recycled paper carrier bags that I ordered for the baby show are almost ready they will have my logo and website address on them. If anybody is interested in recycled packaging I recommend The tiny box company very helpful people.
I am planning to write a new article about organic and sustainable textiles so that should keep me quiet for a while. I'll let you know when I put it on the news page. I thought that this was an interesting subject to research as I have written at length about the benefits of organic cotton. It would be interesting to look at things like bamboo, soya and hemp. I haven't any experience of any of these materials. Anybody out there who can give us an opinion?
