A beautiful day today we had breakfast in the garden and then went to Rosemarkie on the Black Isle. There are bottle nose dolphins at Chanonry Point at the far end of Rosemarkie beach and I have never been lucky enough to see them until today that is. Several swam alongside as we walked down the beach and then began to leap out of the water, one flipped a fish into the air and caught it, it was almost as if they were putting on a show. I was so thrilled to see them I could have stood there all day.

Sones are now feeling very established we are two! It seems to have passed so quickly  it was only today that I realised that it was two years ago in June that we opened. I have had a great deal of fun running the website and writing blogs. Sales have been rising steadily and customers are returning to buy again so we are feeling as if we have arrived at last. Ecommerce is so very different to having a shop on the high street because customers have to take you on trust to some extent and they cannot physically see the items they buy. We have had some very positive feedback from customers some of which I have put into testimonials for you to see.

It never ceases to amaze me how something suddenly starts to sell after a break. I have always been very pro baby gowns but haven't sold any for a little while until suddenly this week everybody seems to want them! I am almost out of stock but worry not I have just ordered more and they will be in the shop by next week. Perhaps people are realising how comfortable they are for small babies and how easy they make night time nappy changes.
